It's interesting to get inside Cameron's head during this prologue, and it makes me wonder. What happened to him after Alex had him killed? I mean, after all, everyone else seems to have stuck around. Did Madness get him? Or is he now helping the other ghosts? Hmmm, thoughts, decisions...

I'm contemplating a short story. No, I don't know why either. But I am.

Maybe I'll do that at lunch, instead of edits.

Since when do I write short stories?

Since now, apparently.

Because of the CRAPPY weather (yet another reason to leave NE as soon as possible), I'm heading home at 10 pm. So I'll get to do more on the short that I started at lunch, which has been tentatively titled "The Velvet Box."

It has nothing to do with anything I'm writing. Completely new characters. Completely new world.

Maybe this is what I needed to get my creativity going.

I blame all of you who write short stories out there. :p
