(pagan) It's Spring!

Blessed Ostara, everyone! :)

I'm actually going to celebrate this weekend and over the next week, planting my seeds for my garden this spring and rededicating my altar. I've decided that this year is going to be my rediscovery year - a rediscovering of where I want to be and how I want to leave my mark on this world.

Today is the Daffodils Days pickup, which will totally brighten this grey day. I always get a bunch of daffodils in March and keep them at my desk.

This weekend, I'm actually going to dye some Easter eggs, even though it's just me and hubby.

(personal) Things that Make me Happy

Picking this up from several of my flist, because it's a really good idea.

1. Having a job to go to, so I can keep my house together the way I want it.

2. Royalty check! Now I can buy tea. :)

3. Fresh orange juice. Oh, man.

4. Daffodils. (Now if only my nose will clear so I can smell them!)

5. Double time and a half for working tomorrow, when it will be dead.

If you are planning on striking tomorrow, more power to you. I most likely will not, simply because (and this may sound really egotistical, so I apologize in advance) I really don't care. I have a paid account, and if they get to a point where I feel they are impinging on what I want to post on my account, I will move to a Wordpress blog.
