(health) Running again!
Meds finally kicked in last night, so today, I was up and running. And boy, I can run farther than I thought I could!
1.08 miles today, about 2/3 of it run. Knee feels pretty good. Not great, but not "OMG, woman, what did you DO???" I'll count that as a victory.

writersweighin and I'll try to get to it today.

Edited: Read Runkeeper wrong. 1.08 miles is still pretty impressive to me.
