1) Celery sticks stuffed with goat cheese, cinnamon and dried cranberries.
2) Fruit salad consisting of: asian pears, star fruit, red delicious apples, pomegranite arils and walnuts, dressed in OJ and homemade strawberry jam.
My lunch was really, really good and healthy today. And I get to have it again tomorrow!
