It's done. It's over. Not Your Father's Horseman, my first solo novel, my first NOVEL to be published, has been sent to the publisher. Now it's time to turn to Belladonna.

I feel almost let down. The tension that was building is gone. I'm sure, as July 1 gets nearer, that I'll start stressing again, but for right now, I'm feeling excited more for Bella than I am worried about the launch.

Belladonna Dreams is moving in a different direction. Horseman was dark fantasy - Bella is paranormal romance, so I've got two different storylines: the fight between good and evil (something I can't seem to get away from), and the growing relationship between Sapph and James, the main characters. I've got a 6-book story arc planned for Sapph - I think James will be there for most of it, but I'm not sure yet.

I'm also contemplating what POV I'm going to use for this. Normally, I write 3rd person limited. But all the shorts I've done with Sapph before have been 1st person POV. I like her voice - but I don't think 1st POV will work for this novel. We'll see. I'm still in the plotting stages.

Look for the website to be coming soon too. I've been anticipating this for a while, and I really hope you guys will like it.

More later...
