Well, the Cold of Death is finally starting to grudging release my throat, head and sinuses from its grip, so I actually got some sleep last night. Which means I'm alive at 10 am, ready and raring to write. So, here's my schedule for the day (let's see if I can do it!):
- 1st draft of letter to Famous Author (yup, a tease - I don't want to announce who it is until we sign them) to see if they would write a forward for "Fantasy Writing: The Business End of Things." Let's just say we have a list, and ANY of the authors on it would make my little heart go pitter-patter. :)
- Finish up James (the hero) and do the character sketches for Ellen and Robert (the two main villians) for Belladonna.
- Start the minor character sketches for Belladonna (I haven't decided if I'm doing a full sketch for Dr. MacAdams and Rose or not. We'll see)
- IF I'm not exhausted, or it's not 4 pm (when I have to be at a friend's house), I want to start actually plotting out the outline. :-o I'm going to try Holly's notecard idea (see her site, http://www.hollylisle.com, and check out the two workshops on oultining) and see how that works, since I'm going to outline SCENES, rather than chapters, like I did with Horseman.
Updates later...
