I need a bigger skillet.

So if anyone in my area has a large cast iron skillet that they don't want any more, I can give it a good home. :)

I have a little one, but it was a little crammed today when I was making dinner.

I thought I might post some of the recipes this week that I'm making - I'm doing some experimenting, and enjoying it immensely.

I made this recipe with 3 chicken breasts and it was YUMMY!
