Because, you know, I TOTALLY have enough spare time for another job!!! :)

Most of you know of my addiction with Partylite candles. They're really high-quality candles, actually a little less expensive than Yankee candles and IMHO, better burning than Yankee candles. I like the scents better too.

Well, I finally gave into my obsession and agreed to become a consultant. *sigh* So my party on the 25th (yes, that's the Saturday after Thanksgiving, and yes, if you haven't received an invitation, consider yourself invited) is going to be my starter party. In order to get my kit and establish myself as a consultant, I need to book 6 parties off my party and have them by the middle of December. This is the only push I'm going to make on this (the 6 parties in what, 4 weeks?) because after that, I just need to sell about $100 a month, and trust me, between Donna and my SIL, I think I'll be just fine. ;) They're both addicts.

SO, if you'd like to host a Partylite party in late November/early December, email or call me and let me know. Yes, [livejournal.com profile] caitlindancer, if you can guarentee that we'll get people, I'll even come down to NJ to do one. Sorry, [livejournal.com profile] barlidoc, flying out to Seattle is NOT an option. ;)

Seriously, I'll go up and down the Eastern Seaboard - just contact me. I'd love to get this push done and then be able to be a dealer contact for my friends to be able to get stuff.

Any questions, let me know.

Now to write. I've still got 3 hours before Midnight to get more words for today.

We missed Day 11. Entirely. :p

The good news is that I've beaten last year's total!!! And I'm still writing!

Metrics for Dark Moon Seasons

Word Goal for the day: 1667 - made 1866

Starting line: “How is she?” Justin said, and Nikki saw the concern on his face.

Ending line: Cleo put the end of her brush into her mouth and chewed on it absently, wondering if she dared to continue.

Darling: This one was as pale as her predecessor was dark, however. From the top of her ash-blonde head, where a crown of diamonds sparkled, to the tips of her fingers as they cupped a goblet of blood-red wine, she was icy and haughty, ruling her table with scorn and snow. Her robes bled pastel rainbows onto the ground, the remains of hope and dreams. Pale blue eyes stared into the distance, full of mist and anger. Frustration etched itself onto her beautiful face, and her thin lips were twisted into a mockery of a smile.

Deaths: nope. Not yet.

Good Things: They have a plan! Of sorts. And Cleo is painting.

Bad Things: Cleo is painting. :D And Nikki is having second thoughts about Alex.

Now to get moving on tomorrow's counts. I need to get this done. Especially since I've just left my outline back there *points*.
- LAUNDRY!
- Get [livejournal.com profile] argus7hills's tire fixed
- Call dentist
- Call my doctor

Ain't life thrilling? :p
