(personal) Best $50 bucks spent EVER

So, when I got to the hotel room last night and it wasn't snowing as much as I thought it was supposed to, I started to wonder if I had wasted money we really didn't have. Then I got up this morning - and realized that I had made a very, very good decision.

This was further reinforced by the horror stories I heard from my fellow reps when I got in. For the record, it took me longer to clean my car off this morning than it did for me to drive in. BEST $50 EVER!!!

So I'm here, and I'm off to the caf for breakfast and approximately 2 hrs of writing time. Hope everyone made it in safe this morning!!!

(books) Weirdness

For all those who wonder what I'm reading: right now, it's a twisted book called Mindspell. From the cover blurb (by Andrew M. Greeley -should be a hint right there), copied exactly:

Yes, it's that bad. No, I can't stop. Trainwreck, anyone? Book courtesy of my father, who couldn't stop laughing as he handed it to me.
