Starting line:

She forced herself not to respond hastily, keeping her body relaxed even as her mind raced. “My ship isn't a pleasure cruiser. We don't carry anyone who isn't crew.”

Ending line:

Leonard gave her a sly smile that she remembered all too well. “You always said you wanted a cabin boy.”

Darling:

The words hung there in the semi-darkness like the noose Cassandra knew Maria would love to put around her neck.
Despite waking up to freezing rain and snow (excuse me, what happened to my SPRING???), I am feeling better. Probably because I gave up at 3 am and took an Ambien, so I slept until 1:30 pm. And my head is starting to simmer down, probably because the front is coming through.

Today is a day to catch up:

- fold laundry in living room
- put away laundry in living room

- put away laundry in upstairs hallway
- wash laundry in upstairs hallway and bathroom
- fold laundry in upstairs hallway
- put away laundry from bathroom/hallway
- make deviled eggs for tomorrow
- make chicken salad for lunches for the week
- mini bagel pizzas for dinner
- send off nominations
- work on backstory/character work for Advent Murders
- edit one story for S&S

I also want to clean the kitchen and find something for Molly to make this week, so we'll be doing that. Game is at 10 pm again - I have a feeling I'll be sleeping on my way down to the family's tomorrow.

First up, however, Morning Pages.
