A good book for any writer to read

I just finished Toxic Feedback: Helping Writers Survive and Thrive by Joni B. Cole.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. As I was reading it, I kept nodding and saying to my cubemate (who is writing her first book), "Oh my god, you need to read this when I'm done! Trust me!"

Honestly, every writer should read it. It's GOOD. It's honest. And damn, it lit a fire underneath me.

Rah! Keep going. I can no longer fight tonight. I must sleep. But I'll be back in the morning, 10 times as sore from all that Wii boxing (I forgot, we had teh planz tonight, which involved visiting the people who planted the Wii bug in Kate's ear, and some loose talk about my mad skillz in the ring... It was grueling).

Well I seriously need to look at how I take and give crit. I can't take it to save my life. I'm awful. Maybe this'll help.
