Edit: Thanks for the hugs, guys. I had just had a really rough call where it turned out I couldn't help them, and the situation just really made me feel like crap. Especially considering that this is one of those times that an exception SHOULD be made, but probably wouldn't be.

I'll be okay. It's just that life sucks sometimes. *sigh*
