The Pats lost. *pauses for obligatory moment of silence* Okay, can we now move on?

I made it to the gym this morning - ON TIME! And my trainer Andrew has set up a plan that I actually think I can follow *gasp*. Finally, although I hate the thought of doing this - I actually did feel better this morning driving in to work after 20 minutes on the treadmill. *sigh* Well, if I do it first thing in the morning, I'll be done, right?

We're focusing on my arms and quads so I can strengthen those areas for fencing. Tomorrow morning, we do lower body and abs. Friday morning, it's upper body. And did I mention that I have fencing practice tomorrow night? *groan* Hey, working this hard will drop the weight, at least.

Hehehe - I didn't even know the score until I woke up this morning - hubby was sick and so didn't watch it last night, and probably deleted the recording I made for him. I woke up to the news, listened and went, "Man, work is going to suck today with all the whining." And then I got over it. :p

Now, if it were the Red Sox, I'd be bawling in my cheerios, but the Pats? Not so much. :)

From personal experience, I can say that the more of this you put into you body, the better you will feel with or without weightloss. My energy, creativity, and mood are all much, much better with regular runs. The treadmill is my salvation. Hope it can be yours, too!
