Check your organizer notes more often. You wouldn't be surprised then by the fact that you have oh, say, money stashed in an online savings account.

*sigh* I so need to get organized this year.

Yay! I'm going to create a box with a lock that is labelled "UEI" UnExpected Income which is where I'll put my web orders from Athenas, found money, etc. And then play with it at the end of the year!

I found an ING Direct savings account that I had started before I married. I'd put like $20 in it - now it has a bit more than that. :p

But I like it because there's no card or anything - I have to transfer it to another account and it takes several days. So I set up a direct deposit into it and I'll most likely forget about it again for another 8 years.

"Congratulations on finding money you didn't remember
you had.

I also wanted to remind you (since you were leaving notes to yourself) that I have been asked to arrange for an author visit/book signing to be part of a gaming
convention that friends of mine are holding on the Univeristy of Maine at Farmington campus on Saturday August 2 and Sunday August 3, 2008. The convention planners think that Saturday evening sounded like the best time. The dinner slot is from 5 - 7 pm. Perhaps have the signing at 6 or 6:30?

As it is a gaming convention, we were thinking a fantasy or science ficition author would be ideal.

Just wanted to remind you that they need to know as soon as possible, if you are able and interested in helping us out. Of course you can sell your books there too.

Thanks for your help!!!"
