That may be the best advice I've read in a while. But - I've always done it wrong. Really - who can work on just one project! I do know some people though who should really really take this to heart. Especially the release it part.

Um, I'm in the "I can't be writing more than one project" category - but I'm usually prewriting four or five at once.
