Yep, a very good day, all in all. I dyed my hair, painted my nails and COOKED. Dear lord, did I cook.

Oatmeal
Stuffed Salmon (that was dinner)
Porkchops (dinner tomorrow night)
Sausages (to go in the spaghetti I made yesterday for lunches all week)
Iced tea and simple syrup

I also cleaned the living room and dining room, and tried to study. Family Law is so dense! And so is Property Law. I'm a slight moron to have taken both together, sadly.

Back to work tomorrow. I shudder to see what my in-box at work has in it.

Shrimp, cream and dill. Trader Joe's - so yummy, although hubby says it was too dilly for him. I adore dill - I thought it was great.
