Oh look, a new car for my birthday. *sigh* And I was hoping to get OUT from under car payments soon.

(OTOH, it might be nice to have a car newer than 2000. With 209,000 miles on it. That needs $1200 just to pass inspection THIS year.)

Looking at either a Ford Focus ZX4 or a Hyundai Sonata at the same used car place that Argus got his Dodge Grand Caravan. I don't want a new car - they're not worth it, imo.

I feel the same way about used cars. But then again my Chevy is almost to 200k miles and all but 7 of those are mine.

I almost got a new car in 2009 but the Cavalier was able to pass inspection for under $1000, which was my breaking point.
