Staying home again today, although the cramps are less and I'm not feeling quite as bruised (although I'm still sore, very sore) - I figure the extra day of rest will do me good. Today, I'm going to take it easy, maybe do a little writing, or some stuff on my website. Some dishes. Maybe actually cook. But nothing heavy-duty.

Thanks for all the hugs yesterday - it was a rough day, and I really appreciated it.

Maybe I'll have something interesting to post here later!

Try 10 drops of clary sage essential oil in 100ml carrier oil, rubbed over your low back (esp your sacrum). Should help with the pain and irritability.

Get better. Sick is no fun.
