And since I need to figure out who to start with tomorrow, I’m going to go and veg in the tub for a little bit. I’ll be back at the computer by 8 am tomorrow though. I have a LOT of writing to do in the next 4 days!

A horrible shriek, dragged from the very depths of Hell, erupted from the woman, who staggered back. Diana’s hand came out of her chest, but the threads didn’t: they burrowed deep, as if they were worms or maggots, feasting on whatever they found. As they dug in, the woman’s skin went even paler, to a ghostly white, and her hair began to writhe around her.
