Subject: Writing
Enough is enough. You hear me, Ford? ENOUGH.
Enough excuses. Enough bitching. Enough whining.
We have too much to do to be scuffling like this. We have a sequel that we need to get our asses moving on. I mean, Christ on a crutch, we have a fucking CONTRACT for it. And it's just sitting there - we haven't even looked at it in weeks.
We have the rewrites for Dreams that we need to figure out. Okay, so we've been picking at it for the past week, but picking is NOT going to get this book rewritten, polished and into an agent's hands.
We also have the poor, pathetic outline for Treaty sitting there, waiting for us to remember about it. Remember that? Or has it vanished under your "poor me - I can't concentrate with the kittens" and the other crap you've been spouting to cover up the fact that you've been MAILING IT IN FOR THE PAST FUCKING WEEK?????
So get your sorry ass in gear, and start writing. Now. The goal for the weekend is to finish the summary for Dreams, finish the summary for Seasons, and upload the outline for Treaty to disk so it can be worked on. And those are ORDERS!!!
