Took last night off to go to a free concert, during which I was introduced to a very good band – The Alternate Routes. Highly recommend them. And then we went to Strange Brew with them afterwards! It was very fun. There are pictures.

Tonight, I got another 433 words done on the plot summary, and added more to my To Be Figured Out list. This fantasy stuff is HARD, you know. HARD.

Oh, and you should all be glad I don’t post political opinions here. I don’t think my current opinion of that jackass Rep. Boehner is really something I should be posting here.

My heart and prayers go out to Norway. What a terrible tragedy.

Boehner and the Tpers are annoying the hell out of me. Let's let the country go down in flames based on a faulty principle. Oh and the fact that they make $250k or more/year so fall into the group of people they claim they must protect from higher taxes.

And, yes, fantasy stuff is hard. It's harder when you lose it and have to recreate it. :P (My own fault, but gonna whine about it for a bit, I think. Lesson learned though: something starts to go wonky, back that shite up!)

You should be backing up anyways! :P Then again, I' paranoid and so have multiple backups of everything.

and yes, Boehner is completely pissing me off. We'll leave it at that, because I'm trying very hard to keep this blog apolitical.

I usually do, but it has been a stressed out month, to say the least. That's the only excuse I can give. That and being sick from weather and whatnot for the last couple of weeks. And I really should have done it when the email loaded on the drive started acting weird, but I just...don't know. Wasn't with it. When it behaved in the morning, I just didn't think anything of it. Programs occasionally do strange things.

Anyway, looks like all I may have lost is a bit of world building, and not even much of that since that was done with except for some tweaks. Thank God for DII. Three people sent stuff I was missing and another half dozen offered to. lol
