So nights will suck without the two of you...but congrats! :o) For those who don't know a BA is someone who takes both Health and Insurance calls and Payroll calls...a thankless, hard job that is a step in the right direction. CONGRATS AGAIN. Let me know if you need any help with the Payroll side of things.

Right now, I'm just a health and insurance rep. After I complete the training, I'll be trained in payroll as well. So I'll be a Benefits Administrator, or BA. :)
