My iPod is amazing. Why did I wait so long to get one again?

Got Chapter 1 done last night, and started Chapter 2. I'll post metrics later tonight - for some reason, around 10 pm last night I crashed hard. Weird. Oh well.

So today's goals:

Work:
- get farther into my HR II certificate

Tonight:
- Finish Chapter 2
- Balance checkbook
- Start Chapter 3

Oh crap, I forgot to take something out for dinner. Oh well, guess we're having tacos again. >.<

Did I ever mention that I hate snow? Especially now, when it's keeping me from getting to the gym. :(

Well, doing my own version of cardio today - laundry day. Up and down two flights of stairs, carrying laundry baskets. And it's not like I don't have tons to do - laundry, taxes, at least 1 crit for DII, dishes, writing...bleah. Tomorrow I'm up at 5 so I can get to the gym.

So here's the list for today:

- 5 loads of laundry (minimum) Last load is in the dryer as we speak - 5 loads and I'm no where near done, but time is running out tonight
- taxes Yay for efiling and tax returns!!! Now I can finally afford an MP3 player for hubby and I! *drool*
- 1 crit for DII Two done, actually! Go me!
- 1 load of dishes
- make pasta for the week
- make smashed potatoes for dinner Roasted, not smashed, but still good. And enough for lunch tomorrow for both of us as well, and dinner for him tomorrow night.
- 5k on Seasons

And yes, I will complete this all tonight. I am determined.

Now off to fold the first load of laundry.
Okay, so here's the to-dos for this weekend.

Friday Night
- Write more on the outline for Dark Moon Seasons

Saturday
- Gym
- Laundry (garb)
- Party

Sunday
- Laundry (mundanes)
- Cooking for lunches for the week
- Cleaning kitchen
- Cleaning living room
- Taxes
- Finish outline for Dark Moon Seasons

Ambitious, but I'm feeling motivated.

That I'm reusing headers, lol.

But it's been a long week. A very, very long week. Januarys in my line of work suck rocks, and we've been lit and steady all week. Between new plans for HW and W2s for payroll - well, it's been unfun.

But I have a long weekend this weekend, and I'm planning on doing a lot of writing. And cooking. And cleaning my house. And LAUNDRY.

Tomorrow is really the only day I have anything outside the house - I have writer's group. I even have stuff for it. :p Sunday, I'm supposed to go to fencing practice in the morning, but if I'm still draggy, I'm going to skip it. *yeah, I know, but I don't need to be sick right now* And Monday is just a lunch date that might not happen.

So the goals for the weekend are thus:

Food
1. Make more onigri
2. Make scones/muffins (haven't decided which)
3. Make pasta for the week
4. Plan out the meals for the week

Writing
1. Work out the question/answer sheet for Dreams
2. Start the retyping.

Sewing
1. Cut out 40 small bags from pattern and stitch them up on machine
2. Figure out a pattern for the book covers
3. Cut out 10 book covers and linings and stitch them

House stuff
1. Clean bathroom
2. Laundry
3. Clean living room
4. Clean off dining room table
5. Vaccum

Wish me luck, folks. I'm going in.

- finish Chapter 7 (again) -Finally!!! Tony finally got out of his own way!
- write Chapter 8
- reconcile checkbook
- pay bills
- check Newhampshirehelpwanted.com for Argus
- check internal job listings

- update training calendar
- packing list for Pennsic
- get directions for Pennsic
- check out hotel rooms along our route
- crit for DII

Edit One: Getting there! Now to do Pennsic stuff for a bit, and then I might do some crocheting. I'm working on a blanket strip for my niece for Christmas. Yeah, think I'll work on that and then Pennsic stuff later.

Edit Two: A hotel 30 minutes from Pennsic - I rock!!! So we'll drive the 10 1/2 hours down TO Pennsic, sleep in a hotel in Butler that night and then be over bright and early to set everything up Saturday morning. I am SO good.
