Well, after staying up all night (my sleep schedule has been horribly fucked lately and I don't know why), I went to the Concord Farmer's Market, then home to bed. The Market was GLORIOUS: I came home with a bag full!
Fresh garlic. MMMM. Fresh lamb (a shoulder roast that I'm going to make tomorrow when Amanda comes over for dinner). Fresh garlic and sweet italian sausages, and a fresh ham pot pie. Fresh corn on the cob. A bottle of wine, and a loaf of onion dill bread.
And a $0.50 glass of lemonade that I paid three dollars for, because the little boy selling it didn't have change for a $5 (which was all I had). So he gave me $2 back (the agreed-upon price), and I got my lemonade. *grin* He couldn't have been more than six, and he was saving for a bike for himself. AFTER he'd bought his little sister a bike already.
How could I not donate to that???
Then back to bed. I got up about 2 hours ago, and am watching the Illusionist with hubby.
