Getting the creative juices flowing

It's time.

Today, I start the actual writing of Belladonna Dreams.

Yay!!!

As much as I enjoy the prewriting (making characters, deciding on a plot), my favorite part of writing is still the actual writing. Guess that's what makes me a writer as opposed to a game designer. :)

So the goal today is 1k. We'll see how far we get.

A good beginning

Well, my goal was 1k. My total for today was 1470, a solid start and the first scene checked off my outline.

Yay for me!

I'm reading an interesting book too: "Write from Scratch" by Rita Mae Brown (she of the Sneaky Pie mysteries - a favorite of mine). Very intriguing book. I highly recommend it.
