My pirate ships are all packed away. *sniff*
I'm packing up my desk today and tomorrow, because I'll be moving when I go to training and I don't know where. My fleet (which does include some Spanish ships) has been carefully taken apart so they don't get broken and stored back in their cards, and my desk looks so...bare without them. I'm a little sad. :( I think I'll save Jack out until tomorrow night, so I have SOME piratey-goodness to look at.
I'm so tired today - and more OT tonight and tomorrow, although I'm holding out some faint hope that they might cancel it. I went home from class yesterday and literally went straight to bed. And then slept until 7 am (too late to make anything for lunch, of course) and then dragged my butt into work. I can't wait until next week, seriously. I'm soooooo tired.
Tonight, assuming I get out at anything resembling a reasonable hour, I'll be going over the final edits for Snow and then maybe, just maybe, I'll open Dreams. I have a new toy coming in a few weeks, so I'm hoping to have this book done by then so I can do new stuff on it.
(Nope, not a new computer - I ended up using a bit of my bonus money to get an Alphasmart Neo during NaNo. Puck, as you may recall, died this spring, and I haven't been able to replace him. So I decided to just go for it, so I don't have to bring the laptop with me to Mexico, among other things.)
