(work/to-do) On a warm Monday...

It's supposed to hit 56 degrees today. Gotta love New England weather. Wednesday, they're talking snow again.

My parents are still without power. *sigh* Hopefully, it will go on today.

I need to do the following today:

1. Work on Three Ships at lunch
2. Make eye appointments for Argus and I for new glasses
3. Work on Christmas cards
4. See if B&N or Borders has Nurk in stock for the Pumpkin - if not, order from Amazon (might be my best bet)
5. Balance Checkbook
6. Pay bills

Sigh. Always something to do.

(beads) The urge is there...

My fingers are itching lately, and last night, I opened my bead box.

I want to do some more ornaments. I might have to start some after Wednesday (my final).

It's been too long since I played with beads.

And it would give me an excuse to start up a DA account to show them off.

(childhood) Day of the Smurfing Dead...

ursulav was talking about the episode of the Smurfs where they all turned purple and started biting each other, and how it's really a zombie movie. Anyone else remember this episode??? I do, and now I know why zombie movies scare me so. :p (There are links in the comments to the ep in question)

On a completely different note, I love the episode of "Bones" where Booth gives Bones a Brainy Smurf. :D
