And I am at work.

*thump*

That's the sound of my head hitting my desktop.

Seriously, who knew the sun rose in the EAST??? :p I haven't seen it very much, and I'd forgotten.

(Yes, I'm punchy. I forgot how much I hate mornings. Luckily, there is no one sitting near me who has to listen to me whine.)

The getting up on weekdays is hard for me, but after the initial thought that I'm dying because I have to get out of bed, I'm pretty much a morning person...which sucks, since I have to work and can't really do my writing then.

Good luck working the day shift!

I'm the same way as you! I miss being able to write in the morning, but paying the bills and all seems to take precedence, alas.

Usually, the groaning isn't coming from me, but from the Other Half, who is decidedly a night person, and just can't comprehend my Early Riser tendencies ;)

Hubby and I are in the same situation. He's totally an Early Riser, whereas I am firmly convinced that normal people shouldn't get up before oh, noon. :p

But hey, I'm trying. I'll be up around 7:30 am again tomorrow, and then maybe, just maybe, I'll be able to sleep in on Sunday.
