Just made chai with vanilla soymilk for the first time. I am in heaven.

It's nutty, creamy and smells like pumpkin pie. It's sheer bliss in a cup, and a full coffee cup of it is THREE points. That's it! That's all!

I haven't been able to have chai in about 6 months, because of how much milk is in it. I think I've just discovered my late-night treat.

I can't wait to try the chai milkshake.

Edit: Ahem. Three points. :D

Oh man, how could we have not known how good this stuff is???

And how are you feeling? Will you guys be at GNEW? If yes, I have a present for you.

Where did you buy this? I LOVE chai but I can't drink milk as I found out I'm allergic to it. Starbucks chai soy lattes are okay but expensive. And other places the hidden milk makes me sick not much longer.

I went into my Shaws, to the Wild Harvest section, and got the Wild Harvest Vanilla Soymilk. It was about $4 for a quart. :)

Where did you get the recipe? I've been looking for a chai recipe, actually.

*blush* I use a mix. I like Pacific Coast Chai - the plain one. But last night I used the frou-frou stuff in the tins you can get (can't remember what they're called right now).
