You expected them to be right? Boy are you an optimist. FWIW, weatherunderground.com has the snow starting between 7am and 10am (they only offer prediction checkpoints every 3 hours), which is much closer.
Nah, I just want them to be a little more on the ball. I'm driving through the snow, and the radio guys have JUST commented that, hey, it's snowing out! And then they read the weather, and say the snow will be starting around mid-afternoon.
There actually is a superb song on this in German it starts (the rhymes are excellent, but in German ;) (the guy also has a wonderful song dedicated to the plumbing business)
