Edit: Damn. Coughing this hard, with a flutter in my chest? Yeah, going to have to reschedule the Remicade and might have to go back to urgent care to figure out what the hell is wrong with me. I hate being this immuno-compromised. Hoping to be able to go to Black Rose tomorrow, since the hotel room is nonrefundable.

Hope you're better soon. Beth and I both have colds from H*ll too, although not as bad as yours sounds.

There are prescription strength cough syrups. Beth has one. Maybe you should ask your doctor about getting one? I think most of them contain a little bit of narcotic to make the mechanism that prompts you to cough stop spasming.
