The front door didn't latch properly last night, and all three cats got out. Bear and Tayla came back - Sebastian didn't. So now I have posters up, and I'm at work trying desperately not to cry and hoping I get a call from either the vet (he's microchipped, and I called them this morning to let them know he's missing) or someone who saw the posters and has him.

Good thoughts and prayers appreciated. If he doesn't come back, I don't know what I'll do. He's my baby. He has to come back.

That truly sucks. But you've got a lot going for you. You're on a quiet street, and you're not so rural that there are probably a lot of dangerous critters in the immediate neighborhood. THe microchip thing is a plus too. And you'll probably find him waiting pitifully when you get home.
