So I'm settling in with my tea and my computer and my stove to do Christmassy stuffs today. The to-do list is as follows:
1. Make chocolate fudge both batches made and hardening
2. Make chocolate popcorn hardening in the freezer!
3. Pack up goodie baskets for
argus7hills' coworkers
4. Bake cranberry walnut bread in the oven!
5. Address Christmas cards
6. Write!
7. Birka Merchant Registrations
8. Reload iTunes on computer
Now off to do my advent post and then nuke some chocolate. It's fudge time!
Edit 1: Oh look, snow! Falling from the sky! How fascinating! :P

Melt 1 bag of chocolate chips in the microwave.
Stir in 1 can of fudge frosting and whatever additions you want (I'm making one fudge and one peppermint with crushed up candy canes in it).
Press into a wax-paper lined pan and let harden in the fridge.
It's awesome!
For the popcorn, I'm taking store-bought popcorn and drizzling with melted chocolate, then breaking apart when it hardens.
I use the Better Homes and Gardens recipe for cranberry nut bread. :)
Now you know all my secrets! :D

Re: New Years?
I think Argus and I are actually going to spend New Year's at home alone. We've never really done that, and I actually have New Year's Eve off this year, so we're going to be anti-social. :D
I have egg cartons for you too - you guys going to be around this weekend?
