The good news is that my fever seems to have broken. The bad news? An 11.5 hour shift tomorrow. *sigh* Oh well, money is good.

So stuffs to do today. Lots of stuffs.

1. Make Chicken Pot Pie.
2. Make biscuits.
3. Make Pasta with Pesto and Broccoli.

4. Run to Tedeschi's/drug store for eggs and cold meds and Vit D and chocolate chips.
5. Read Biology Homework.

6. Read Communications Homework.
7. Write first response paper for Biology.
8. Show notes for Episode 4.
9. Make cookies and dip in chocolate.
10. Move turkey and pork from freezer to refrig to thaw.
11. Make Caramel Apple Tartlets.

I should do laundry too, but we'll see. That's quite a list. Time for another cup of tea and to start in.

Hee! Luckily, a lot of it is sitting down. :D And saves me a LOT of time during the week, when I'm doing a lot more.

Yep. I'm working a lot this week, and I have class on Tuesday/Thursday, so no time to cook. The pork and turkey are for the weekend, but they're in the deep freeze, so they need to thaw.

Ah! Very wise. Attempts of mine to do the same usually involve me not wanting it/being bored of the food by the end of the week. >_>;;

Luckily, I make just enough to not get bored. That, and hubby likes to eat a lot. :D But with the issues I'm having with preservatives in pre-packaged foods, if I don't make it ahead, I don't eat. Or I feel really awful.
