Yep, that time of year again, and I'm trying to do it a little early this year. If you would like a Christmas card from me, please put your name and address down below. Don't assume I have it! Because I tend to lose addresses (sad but true!).

ALSO! Since Schrodinger is actually joining me for this holiday season (he's supervising my Nano, after all), he has graciously offered to send cards as well! So if you want a Christmas card from Schrodinger, let me know when you put your address down, and I will give the list to him.

Comments are screened, as always.
But I wanted to get this up early, so I could remember! :)

I love Christmas, and I love Christmas cards. If you'd like a Christmas card from me this year, do me a favor and leave me your address in the comments. They're all screened, so you don't have to worry. If I have your address from a prior year, remind me. :)

I'm looking to send out cards by the first week of December!

Edited to add: Yes, I send them out overseas. So don't let that stop you!
Christmas cards are going to be late for some folks this year - sorry. :( I'm just not on top of things this year.

On the other hand - Jeans Day tomorrow! And VTO on Friday!

No snow yet here, but it's cold enough! I'm totally getting into the holiday spirit!

Yesterday, I went to Lowe's on my way home and got LED outdoor Christmas lights! So cool! I got a multicolored net for the rhodadendron bush, and a set of multicolored crystal LED lights for the railing of the porch. Then I got a green outdoor extension cord and a remote control. Now all I need is a wreath for the door (I didn't like the ones they had there) and something for the chair. Any suggestions? (Clean ones!) Once I have everything up, I'll take a picture and post it here!

And I'm doing my annual Christmas card drive! Anyone who wants a Christmas card from yours truly, put your address in the comments (they will be screened) and I'll be doing those.

I'm also doing The Holiday Mail for Heroes program again this year. Last year, I sent 50 cards from work that I collected down to the gathering point in Louisiana, where they went out overseas. This year, I want to gather even more! If you're in the area (NH), feel free to drop them off with me by Friday, December 5th. If you aren't in the area, there's ways on the website you can get involved as well. Please do - these men and women are most often far from home, either in the war zones or recovering in hospitals, and they need to know that we support them. As a Navy brat, I always try and do SOMETHING this time of year.

And I'm working on my Christmas present for you guys! I've got some ideas...and I think you'll like them. More later!
