Please don't forget those who are less fortunate than you.

This is a big thing for me - when I was younger, we lived on an enlisted man's salary (and with 4 kids, that was stretching a LOT), but my parents taught us that no matter how little we had, there was someone out there who had less. We were raised multi-denominational, so it wasn't a Church thing - it was a "we're all humans together, and we take care of each other" kind of thing. Every year, I buy a teddy bear for Toys for Tots and put a child's hat and mittens on it, so that one more child out there has a bit of joy for Christmas. I donate to the food pantries, and the animal shelters. Yes, I don't have a lot, but I can always share.

Okay, getting off my soapbox now. But please, during the next few months (optimally, during every month of the year), see if you can help out your neighbors a bit. Every little bit helps.
