I went to the dr's office on June 21st, and we set some goals. My first goal - to lose 10% of my weight (28 lbs) by September 21st (which is approximately 13 weeks, at 2 lbs a week). I'm posting this here, so I remember that, and I can update it as I go.
July 2nd update: I am down 7 lbs. I have 21 lbs to go!
