Yes, I know! You thought it was dead! It's not! Just on a wee (okay, an extended) hiatus while I take care of some other things. Once this month is done, I'll be taking a weekend to just record as much as I can, so we can get back on a regular schedule. I do appreciate your patience, and promise that the rest of the book (as well as the other two!) will be coming.

So here, without further ado, is Episode 6 of Not Your Father's Horseman.

And yes, once I get everything up and released through my own feed, I want to submit to Podiobooks. They have a very strict release schedule, and without having all the episodes done first, I don't think I could meet it. That's why it's not there yet.

The link to the episode, because for some reason, I keep crashing my browsers when I try to upload the player.
I'm riding the winds of change, and I'm feeling a bit buffeted, which makes me want to go and curl up in bed and not get up until oh, May. When it's warm. However, this gets absolutely nothing done, so I need to at least be aware of what I need to do today.

However, I'm going to take [livejournal.com profile] albathetross's suggestion and do a schedule, rather than a straight list.

11:00 - 1:00 = working on The Sun Never Sets Had so much momentum that it's done! And so we're moving things around a bit.
1:00 - 2:00 = lunch break/dinner prep
2:00 - 2:30 = breaking up the ice on the driveway
Timed this about right - 30 minutes and my shoulders were aching.
2:30 - 3:00 = nap
3:00 - 4:00 = admin stuff/bills/balance checkbook
4:00 - 4:30 = after noon tea

4:30 - 6:00 = baking and dinner

After 6 pm, I want to do some more writing, but I might also just crash with hubby in the living room and watch a movie. We'll see.

There is no laundry in here, and I should do more laundry, but I'm not going to worry about that. I might get some done while I'll doing lunch/ice/stuff like that.
Just a quick hit with my stats from yesterday, since I got lost in WoW and forgot to post them. :P

Along the bottom, written in gilt letters, was a Latin inscription. Isaac knelt down and murmured, “Domine Salvam Fac Reginam Nostram Victoriam Primam.” Then, when Andrew frowned at him, he translated, “Oh Lord, keep safe our Queen Victoria the First. Good lord, man, did your tutor teach you nothing?”

“I learned other things than Latin,” Andrew replied.

“I should hope so, since your classical training is hideous,” Isaac retorted.

“That’s why we’re partners,” Andrew said. “You have the book learning, and I’ve the money. It’s a perfect match.”
And now it's off to the editors! So you get metrics for the day!
