And getting back into the groove.

My first week on nights reminded me why I love working nights - although I don't get to see my hubby very much during the week, I don't have to see 7 am either, and that makes me very happy. :) I am sooooo not a morning person. Or rather, I am - but it's late morning, when I don't need an alarm clock.

So now, I'm up on time (before 11 am) and have eaten a slice of cold pizza and gotten the laundry sorted. So chores are in motion, and I have time to start the other chores: writing and editing.

I need to get caught up on editing, so that's going to be the focus for the next week. But I don't want to lose any momentum on Belladonna either, so I'm aiming for an even mix. Today, though, is just editing, because I have to run out before work.

Also, before I go, I want to pass on a wonderful link that someone from my Stonemarche list passed on to me. This guy deserves as much publicity as he can get:

Now, off to edit! Goal today is two chapters.

Nights rock! Although, I'm usually awake most mornings too. They're just my evenings. Take most people's schedules and flip it around a hundred and eighty degrees, and that's mine. 6am is around dinner time in my mind.

Hope this continues to work well for you!

LOL! I used to feel that way when I worked for the newspaper. Now I'm only about 90 degrees off from the rest of the world, but hey, that's a normal occurance for me.
