Yep, pro wrestling. Hubby and I adore watching it - it's so interesting to see the storylines! Really, the creative teams are impressive to me as a writer. And nope, not apologizing at all for that.

Today, I have writer's group at 3 pm, but I need to clean beforehand. Hubby was awesome and let me sleep until 11 am - I'm on my 2nd cup of tea and have had breakfast. Now, I need to start soup going and finish laundry before I head out. No writing today - I'm still in prewrite mode, but I'm bringing the computer with me and I'll upload what I have for Ally and Dan so far today.

I also need to get the press kit that I owe out (guilt, guilt!), finish the back cover for Seasons and do two crits for DII. I might be going on LOA again over there - depends on how family stuff goes. But right now, I want to do some while I can. And I'm working on some lovely gauntlets for a friend that I have to start today.

So here's the to-do list today:

1. Make chicken soup It's actually more like chicken a la king, although it might thin out as it cooks...
2. Fold and put away laundry
3. Put together and email press kit
4. Email Seasons back copy to Gwen
5. 2 crits for DII
6. Upload notes for Midsummer
7. Start Gauntlets
8. Pick up garlic bread

Okay, off to be productive. And I need more tea.
Short list tonight (she says sarcastically).

1. Last Crit for DII
2. Situps Week 1, Day 1

3. Write paper for Criminal Law
4. Assemble Bento Lunch for tomorrow

I can do this and be in bed by 11 pm. I can...

Edit: Week 1, Day 1 = THIRTY EIGHT situps!!!!

Edit 2: Paper half-written, but outlined the rest of the way. I'm going to bed. No bento tomorrow, but did pack a lunch. Go me.
1. Survive today (gods, I hate being sick)
2. Write paper
3. 2 Crits for DII

[livejournal.com profile] domynoe or [livejournal.com profile] shade53, can one of you post a repost request for me? I have one more crit I need to do to catch up before tomorrow, but my email deleted everything. *sigh* I'm looking for shorts to crit.

Thanks!

Well, it's about quarter past 10, and I've got a full day in already. We went to [livejournal.com profile] kuzushi's house today for dinner and movies - we watched 300 and an older film called "The 300 Spartans." Both very good in their own ways (we had seen 300 already, but they hadn't). And we had steak and rice and peas. Yummy!

Now, here's my to-do list tonight:

1. do dishes done, mostly. I need to let the ones I washed dry so I can put them away and then have room for the rest of them.
2. do two crits for DII (yeah, it's more than I need to, but I want to start catching up and doing some more there) I did one. So I'm good for the month. I got distracted.
3. finish the timeline for Seasons
4. 1k on Blood Sacrifice

Off to catch up on LJ and then off to work.

Update the first: Full Metal Alchemist is way cool. I've already gone through one disc, and started the second. Seriously. Wow. I have to remember that I need to get up and meet Mom tomorrow.

One more episode...

At work, and it's finally slow enough to pull out the clipboard, the printed sheets and the outlines, and do some work.

So here's the list for tonight:

- 5 written pages on Seasons
- 5 written pages on Sacrifice
- write up my crit for DII on the clipboard
- write letters to my grandfather and my nana

- write up really cool idea for my next series

I'm sure there's more to do, but I can't think of anything more right now, and this should keep me busy for a while.

Edit 1 - 11 pm:
Go a few things done. I'm going to wait until I get home to post my DII crit - gotta check some names, etc, on the story. Wow, crits are HARD!

Now back to Seasons - I've got one page written so far. Hoping for more before I leave. One more hour!

It's 8:45 pm EST. I have been a complete and utter slacker today.

It was joyous.

Spent the day (after I got up at noon) in bed, trying to load World of Warcraft on Cassandra. I'm getting a weird error, and it keeps trying to download the same patch over and over again. I called their tech support, and lo and behold, they aren't open on weekends. So I'll try them tomorrow, I guess.

Now I'm finally ready to get down to business. I joined DII this weekend, and I've got to get something done so I can post it. I'm thinking Sacrifice, which needs a lot less backstory than Seasons does to make sense.

Oh yeah, and work is OT all week, except Tuesday and Wednesday. Whee!!!

To do list for tonight:

- Ch. 3 for Seasons
- Make list of meals for the week
- update schedule for the week in my planner
- Finish Sacrifice
- write up seekrit project synopsis
- write up first crit for DII

Yes, I know not all of this will be done. I'm going to try anyways.

Updates later!
